Olly's Farm
I’m Olly Nolan from Olly’s Farm, I’m a beefarmer and smallholder in the Dublin Mountains. I produce Ireland’s most awarded honey, with multiple Blas na hEireann and Great Taste Awards and also I’ve been recommended by the McKenna’s guide as ‘Best in Ireland 2019-2023’.
All my honey is 100% raw, local Irish honey straight from my beehives, unlike some other beekeepers I don’t buy or sell any other beekeepers’ honey. Every jar I produce is fully traceable back to the apiary it came from. I’ve got many different apiaries around Dublin and Wicklow from the roof of Teeling whiskey distillery to the Powerscourt Estate.
I also run farm tours and beekeeping experiences where anyone can come along and see what it’s like to be a beekeeper. Learn how the bees work and make honey, get into a bee-suit and visit the hives.
